Return Policy

RETURN-POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 Days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  1. If the item received by you is damaged, incorrect or incomplete at the time of the delivery, please WhatsApp on our helpline (0317-6442630) or email us at (2hcollectionpk@gmail.com) within 2 Days of the Delivery Date. You would be required to share the following details with us:
  • Order ID
  • Complete Name

Customer needs to return the items via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 

Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 

Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the return products.

All returns should be sent to our address.

Returning an item is simple, just follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Call and Email us and request a return.
  • Our team will provide the address of our office where you have to return.
  • Pack items as it is as received.
  • If validated and Quality Check passes, you will be refunded for the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Thanks
